Honestly if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! My wedding was back in march 2021 which meant all our planning took place during covid. Everything was stressful, the whole world had turned to online communication as no vendor were accepting face to face consults so planning a wedding as you could imagine was next to impossible. By the time I got to selecting my dress I was that stressed that I wasn't that bouncy, giddy, happy bride I should have been. The moment I walked into Two Birds they were nothing shy of amazing, they understood my stress, the sympathised and honestly turned my whole mood around. They were the first shop I walked into for a dress and after visiting one other up the road I knew I had to go back, not just because I found my "Yes dress" but because the customer service was fantastic. From that day through to picking up my dress to go home was effortless, they handled everything...nothing was an issue or to hard for them...I have not one bad thing to say about them and I truly can't thank you or recommend you enough ❤

As a plus size bride, I was anxious about dress shopping to begin with. After reading positive reviews from other plus size brides about Two Birds, I chose to book an appointment for my first time dress shopping. I had a great experience with Ireen. She was really lovely and helpful. Two Birds also had a very extensive collection of plus size dresses in different styles and materials. I found my dream dress within an hour and a half. I am absolutely in love with it and had overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to any other plus size brides!

The team at Two birds Bridal did an amazing job at altering my wedding dress which had detailed lacework at the back and required other work. The dress fit like a glove by my second fitting, which they accommodated with a tight turnaround due to the COVID-19 closure. I am extremely grateful to the team for accepting me as I had bought my dress in another store! Everyone in the team were extremely friendly and helpful and made the process of fitting the gown magical! Thank you so much for making me feel magical in my dress!

Amazing variety of dresses
Staff were very accommodating even though we walked in with no appointment. They let us try on more than usual number of dresses and ended up buying the last one! Dress price included sash and veil. Fittings were a breeze and staff were easily able to fit me in whenever I was available with the dress being done in plenty of time for the wedding.

Best Place Ever
From the moment I made a phone call to make a booking I had a good feeling about this place. They were friendly and accommodating over the phone. When we arrived we felt welcomed and at ease. Staff were very helpful and clearly knew the stuff. The range of dresses is huge, the details exquisite and they are great quality. I highly recommend the store to all! Amazing experience!
Felt very comfortable in the store we were given room and time to roam around and take in all the stunning dresses. When we were ready the amazing service lady was there to help and assist from the get go. She was honest and selected dresses that catered to my style wedding and body shape. If I did not like an aspect of the dress she was quick to provide me with a solution. I was very surprised that she then proceeded to suggest a cheaper option as it suited me better. All in all, lovely staff who are concerned with your needs rather than the sale! Was very pleased.
